Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Processing Time
Most orders require approximately 1–5 business days for processing and production before shipment. Personalized or made-to-order products may occasionally require additional processing time. Please refer to the information shown on the individual product page for any product-specific processing details.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has completed processing and has been handed over to the shipping carrier. We currently offer Standard, Express, and Urgent shipping options for supported destinations.

The shipping rates and estimated transit times shown above apply to all supported destinations. If your country or region is not listed above, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information about possible charges before placing an order. Customs clearance procedures may also affect the final delivery time.
